For over 4 years I have been studying and practicing Anusara yoga. Founded by John Friend in 1997, anusara yoga is a school of hatha yoga which unifies a life-affirming Tantric philosophy of intrinsic goodness with Universal Principles of Alignment. The Meditation Series of landscapes originated from my practice of yoga and morning meditation, clearing the mind to focus on truth, flow, and harmony. Images are literally born from an abstract background of swirling layers of color, breaking through to reveal itself, exposing its truth.
